Fielding Graduate University, a Santa Barbara–based institution serving working adult learners, partnered with Learning Pool Limited to modernize its online offerings and launch a one‑year MA in Organization Development & Leadership. Fielding’s challenge was to create a clean, intuitive, cohort‑based learning experience that fostered deep social interaction, supported formal grading for academic credit, and gave administrators reporting and automation tools to track and boost learner engagement.

Learning Pool Limited delivered its Stream Learning Suite, combining an LXP front end, LMS integration, authoring tools, an LRS and campaign automation, plus the Social Intelligence Dashboard to surface engagement data.
