Superb Learning, a Brisbane-based digital learning agency and partner re-seller of Stream LXP from Learning Pool Limited, supports clients including the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH). Facing rapid growth and a geographically dispersed, culturally diverse workforce, Superb Learning needed a scalable way to replace costly, inconsistent face-to-face onboarding with a consistent program that instils IUIH’s cultural integrity framework and core values.

Using Learning Pool Limited’s Stream LXP, Superb Learning built the online System of Care program—modular, role‑relevant courses with gamification and social learning—to deliver consistent induction and ongoing learning.
