CDSM, developer of the Thinqi Learning Platform for the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB) for Schools, needed to deliver engaging, scalable learning to an estimated 20 million teachers and learners across Egypt. To raise attainment and create meaningful learning experiences they required consequential xAPI learning data to make data-driven design and policy decisions, while also planning for scale under unreliable, low-bandwidth internet. CDSM selected Learning Pool Limited’s Learning Locker® LRS as the foundation to track, measure and report learner interactions.

Learning Pool Limited implemented Learning Locker® to capture xAPI activity and provide reporting tools that informed Egyptian government policy teams and CDSM’s product roadmap. The solution enabled personalized content discovery, rich content lifecycle analytics (administrator reports, content usage segmentation and content-gap identification), and prioritized development based on real learner data—becoming an essential component for Thinqi’s EKB rollout and guiding future learning design and policy decisions for millions of users.
