Healthcare at Home, the UK’s leading full-service clinical provider of care outside hospital, needed a way to ensure staff were fully trained, that training records were linked to mandatory policies, and that all learning was stored and reportable in one place. With no internal LMS and ad-hoc courses from multiple suppliers making compliance hard to demonstrate, Healthcare at Home selected Learning Pool Limited’s LMS Platform (launched as the My Learning Platform) to centralise and standardise its e-learning.

Learning Pool Limited delivered a branded LMS and a customised course library—initially about 13 titles tailored to Healthcare at Home’s procedures—then expanded the catalogue to 60 live courses aligned to the Skills for Health Core Skills Framework. The platform now delivers mandatory training to over 1,800 staff, raised mandatory training compliance to 95% consistently, and enabled online appraisals and tied personal development plans into staff learning journeys.
