Blended and Social Learning delivered to CARE about ending poverty

CARE, a global INGO dedicated to ending poverty, needed to scale leadership development and engage leaders across regions without losing the intimacy of face-to-face training. To create a more impactful, learner-focused and digitally accessible programme, CARE partnered with Learning Pool Limited and adopted Stream (formerly Curatr).

Learning Pool Limited delivered a multi-month (24-week) blended learning programme on Stream that emphasized social learning and integrated tools (Zoom, Listly, ZeeMaps), enabling participants to share expertise and build an ongoing learning community. Thirteen Asia-region leaders completed the pilot with average participant engagement of 110% (never below 97%), reported increased leadership confidence, and the successful pilot has been rolled out to the Middle East & North Africa and earmarked for wider use across CARE.
