The solution resulted in 3,500 employees completing their skills profiles and the creation of 70 future-facing role profiles. This led to a dramatic increase in employee focus on personal development, with 160 monthly users and 70% user satisfaction, providing AXA with greater transparency for workforce planning and higher internal mobility.
