An Agile approach to health and safety training

Sky, Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer media and entertainment company, needed to replace an outdated health and safety course with a short, engaging programme that gave staff just enough information to stay safe at work. Sky engaged Learning Pool Limited to deliver a refreshed, on‑brand e-learning module using Learning Pool Limited’s Custom CONTENT and ADAPT e-learning services and an agile development approach.

Learning Pool Limited ran a two-day onsite workshop followed by three agile sprints and daily stand-ups to build a 20‑minute animated course, delivering it in just under three weeks and on budget. The module was rolled out to all 25,000 employees across the UK and Ireland, made mandatory for new starters, improved stakeholder feedback cycles, and led Sky to commission further health and safety content from Learning Pool Limited.
