Hector Rail, Scandinavia's largest privatized railway company, faced the challenge of delivering structured, consistent, and scalable training to a diverse, multi-country workforce in a high-stakes industry. Their previous reliance on traditional classroom settings and an inefficient e-learning platform was cumbersome. They partnered with the vendor Learnifier to build a modern training ecosystem that could ensure safety and compliance across different roles, languages, and borders.

Using the Learnifier platform, Hector Rail implemented a blended learning solution featuring over 70 courses, integrated Virtual Reality (VR) for immersive training, and established structured learning paths with mandatory certification quizzes. This solution from Learnifier delivered substantial results, including an estimated savings of SEK 1.2 million from just two initial projects. The program also improved knowledge retention, standardized training quality across four countries, and provided data-driven insights to continuously measure and refine the training's effectiveness.
