Fenix Begravningsbyrå, a Swedish funeral parlour, faced the challenge of training and certifying a new network of part-time funeral consultants across the country to expand its local presence beyond its head office. To address this, they partnered with Learnifier to implement a structured digital learning program.

Using the Learnifier platform, Fenix created a 12-week certification course featuring self-paced videos and modules, which allowed consultants to prepare before fewer, more engaging live sessions. This flipped pipeline approach, complemented by the appreciated gesture of sending physical diplomas, successfully trained 11 groups. Learnifier enabled Fenix to efficiently scale its training, achieve nationwide coverage, and maintain high engagement while saving significant time.
