How Ludvig & Co works with e-learning to onboard their employees

Ludvig & Co, Sweden's largest accounting and consultancy firm, faced an inefficient and inconsistent onboarding process for its 1,300 employees spread across 130 locations. The long and variable delay between an employee's start date and their physical introductory training led to significant knowledge gaps in the classroom. Seeking a modern, digital solution aligned with their brand, they partnered with the vendor Learnifier to improve this process.

The solution implemented with Learnifier involved moving significant portions of the onboarding program online, creating a blended learning model. This allowed new hires to begin digital training immediately upon signing their contract. As a result, Ludvig & Co onboarded more employees in fewer training days, reduced the time to initial introduction, and leveled out participants' prior knowledge. Learnifier also provided the flexibility to scale the training offering and easily monitor participant progress, leading to increased satisfaction for both instructors and new employees.
