Their monthly “Day 1 Orientation” — a full-day, in-person session with presentations from 15+ departments — created long wait times (up to three weeks), high costs for global hires, scheduling conflicts for presenters, and low retention as new employees felt overwhelmed.

To fix this, MediaMath implemented LearnCore to complement live sessions with pre-recorded, bite-sized modules and turned the daylong sprint into four shorter, flexible sessions.
