City of Seattle reaches 82% vaccination coverage with Leapfrog Technology

The City of Seattle faced the challenge of replacing its paper-based vaccination processes with an efficient digital system to manage a massive, volunteer-driven vaccination effort at sites like the Lumen Field Event Center. They partnered with Leapfrog Technology's healthcare initiative, Signetic, to pioneer an intuitive and scalable vaccination software solution.

Leapfrog Technology developed Signetic's all-digital platform, which included specialized portals for managers, clinicians, and patients, as well as a comprehensive reporting dashboard. This solution enabled the City of Seattle to administer over 334,000 vaccine doses and achieve an 82% vaccination rate, making it the first major U.S. city to reach the 70% milestone. The partnership allowed the city to vaccinate up to 100,000 people per day, transforming its COVID-19 response.
