Quality Home Exteriors (QHE), a remodeling contractor offering windows, siding, roofing, gutters and one-day bath conversions, needed a more efficient way to train sales reps on estimating across multiple product lines while protecting profit margins and reducing post-visit paperwork. QHE turned to Leap and its estimating tool to create a paperless, standardized estimating process that could be used in-home to produce accurate prices on the spot.
Leap’s estimating solution let QHE toggle selections in real time, standardize markups and scope items, and train reps consistently. The result was faster, more efficient in-home closes, fewer administrative cleanup tasks, and the ability for support staff to focus on lead generation. Quality Home Exteriors reported margins that were consistently within a 1–2% variance and noted that Leap “paid for itself over time,” while enabling the company to scale and protect margins across reps and jobs.
