A Leap Case Study
Minnesota Rusco, a long-established provider of windows, doors, siding and bathroom remodels, struggled with inconsistent pricing across sales reps, hard-to-read paper contracts, time-consuming manual transposition into their CRM, and a sudden need to pivot to remote selling. To address this they adopted Leap’s digital contracting and virtual sales tools (with DocuSign integration) to standardize pricing, go paperless, and run virtual appointments.
Leap’s implementation gave Minnesota Rusco consistent, easy-to-read digital contracts, prevented ordering errors, and enabled virtual sales and quick change orders. The results: their Minnesota Shower and Bath division’s close rate rose from about 30% to about 50%, they completed 152 DocuSign transactions that avoided return trips to customers, and they launched a dedicated Virtual Sales Team — all outcomes the company attributes to Leap.
