Partnering with Leanplum, Just Eat Takeaway.com deployed personalized multichannel orchestration across email, push, in-app messaging and app inbox, using recency/frequency triggers to surface vouchers at optimal times. The coordinated campaign increased StampCard redemptions, drove cross-restaurant affinity and produced a 17% increase in total order volume from participating customers.
