Leveraging Leanplum’s advanced A/B testing, dynamic segmentation, and cross-channel lifecycle campaigns (in-app, push, email), Via ran targeted multitouch reactivation tests. The campaigns returned 27% more riders to the app and sustained increased ride frequency for three weeks or more.
