Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is a technology-led marketing services business operating in the UK and US, supporting more than 40 client teams. LeanLinking’s platform made NCRs visible to suppliers in real time, supported corrective action tracking, and enabled supplier benchmarking through NCR closure ratings. Supplier performance data was also fed into ITG’s SRM scorecard dashboard. Within four months, the solution was fully embedded across 30+ client teams, 100+ suppliers and 200+ supplier-side users, with 92% of spend onboarded and a significant improvement in supplier responsiveness and performance. ITG also recovered its investment in LeanLinking within two months.
