The procurement team needed a way to consolidate, cleanse, and synchronize vendor master data outside SAP, while staying compliant and maintaining due diligence over critical business information. LeanLinking delivered an integrated solution with permission controls, audit trails, automated notifications, and API integration to SAP for real-time data access. The result was a simpler process for qualifying, onboarding, and managing suppliers, with 2,000 suppliers registered on the platform. Electrocomponents also saw significant time savings in collecting supplier information, better visibility into delivery quality, and a single repository for contracts and compliance tracking.
