Integra LifeSciences, led by Doug Dollberg, faced fragmented, quickly outdated inventory reporting kept in hand-crafted Excel sheets across sites, which hindered alignment and visibility in a rapidly changing medical-device market. To address this, Integra partnered with LeanDNA and adopted the LeanDNA platform and lean framework to bring people, platforms, and processes together for better planning and decision-making.

LeanDNA implemented its platform to centralize data, track KPIs, visualize opportunities, and drive user engagement—championed by Doug and his team. The results speak to measurable impact: since 2017 Integra has run 20 Lean projects, deployed metrics across 21 sites (about 30 metrics per site), engaged 656 unique users in projects, and saved $10 million in projects, while LeanDNA’s support accelerated the company’s Continuous Improvement efforts.
