To accelerate its Living Health strategy and get to market quickly with a cohesive, personalized experience, HighMark Health partnered with League and leveraged League’s consumer experience (CX) platform alongside their Google Cloud Platform investment.

League built a personalized digital navigation experience that aggregates point solutions and uses HighMark Health’s backend data (claims, eligibility, social drivers of health, and self-reported needs) to deliver next-best actions. The first release went live in six months; within months HighMark Health began winning new business, expanding existing relationships, and re-engaging past accounts—driving significant additional annual revenue and onboarding thousands of new members—while increasing engagement, benefit utilization, and member satisfaction.
