CarDon rolls out 2 Power Platform apps with Leaf Software Solutions

CarDon Senior Living, a provider of senior living communities, faced significant challenges in tracking COVID-19 testing and employee certifications using inefficient Excel spreadsheets. This process was especially painful during the fast-changing pandemic, creating a need for a comprehensive solution. To address this, they partnered with vendor Leaf Software Solutions to implement a solution built on Microsoft's Power Platform.

Leaf Software Solutions developed two key applications: the CarDon Applied Tracing & Tracking System (CATTS) for COVID-19 and a program called REACH for tracking employee certifications. The solutions provided real-time data, automated reporting, and streamlined compliance, making it seamless to meet strict state requirements. The applications lifted a major burden from staff, with about 150 users on the platform, and are built to be flexible for future expansion into other business areas.
