Radio Broadcast Company needed to prove the value of its radio campaigns to a large roofing-company advertiser—especially the “lift” broadcast ads drove to the client’s website and which spots (including those featuring the owner) performed best. To provide impartial measurement, the broadcaster turned to LeadsRx and its multi-touch attribution services, including the LeadsRx Universal Conversion Tracking Pixel and Broadcast Attribution reporting.
LeadsRx implemented end-to-end attribution and real-time reports that tracked all broadcast touchpoints, creative, station, daypart and geography; this enabled optimization and clear proof of impact. Between February and May 2020, clicks driven by radio rose from 286 to 1,166 (a 307% increase) and broadcast lift grew from 7% to 28% of total traffic, while attribution also identified top-performing shows and spots—helping Radio Broadcast Company demonstrate ROI and refine ad placement and creative.
