Unitek Learning Accelerates its Response Time and Increases Conversion with LeadSquared

Unitek Learning, a multi‑brand network of vocational colleges across several states, faced slow, manual lead handling and complex, state‑specific communications needs that hampered admissions response times and conversions. To address this, Unitek implemented LeadSquared’s CRM platform — including its integrated dialer and automation capabilities — to unify campuses on a single database and standardize outreach.

LeadSquared deployed a unified lead‑management system integrated with Unitek’s CampusNexus (Anthology Student) SIS, enabled granular if/then automations, automated lead assignment, and provided email templates and dedicated implementation support. As a result, Unitek saw an 80% decrease in turnaround time, an average response time of 2.7 minutes (worst-case ~5 minutes), improved lead management, a 360° view of enrollments, faster contact rates and increased student conversions.
