Orix Leasing & Financial Services (Orix), a leading NBFC, needed a modern debt-recovery solution to boost collections efficiency and transparency. The organization faced manual Excel-based tracking, poor visibility into agent productivity, high conveyance spends for remote visits, fragmented payment and receipt management, and low pipeline transparency, so they adopted the LeadSquared collections module to digitize their recovery operations.
LeadSquared delivered end-to-end case management, a mobile FoS app to track agent activities, geo-fencing/geo-tracking to curb conveyance claims, paperless receipt handling, simple payment-portal integration, robust reporting and a legal-case module. As a result, LeadSquared helped Orix achieve higher collections efficiency, optimized spends, better monitoring and improved visibility across the collections pipeline.
