Marketing Automation Transforms Deltin’s Marketing Efforts to Improve Conversions

The Deltin Group, part of Delta Corp Ltd and one of India’s largest gaming and hospitality groups with hotels and casinos in Goa and Daman, needed a way to unify offline and online marketing and sales activities after their previous system (Zoho) failed to integrate channels. They turned to LeadSquared’s marketing automation platform to consolidate lead sources, automate follow-ups and improve conversion tracking.

LeadSquared implemented landing pages, auto-responders, centralized lead aggregation (including offline leads via a markcopy email), and automated follow-up campaigns, and Deltin expanded into new channels like live chat and tested their loyalty program on the platform. As a result, sales conversion increased to around 10%, email open rates stabilized at about 35%, lead engagement rose 30–40% with current engagement around 94%, and sales response time was significantly reduced — all enabling more measured marketing spend and higher conversions with LeadSquared.
