IndiaLends, a Gurugram-based digital lending marketplace, faced slow, error-prone loan application processing in its internal CRM—especially after soft approvals—due to many manual handoffs between tele-calling, QA, verification and lending partners. To reduce manual steps, improve pre-screen checks (OTP, credit), enable better distribution and forecasting, and get robust sales lifecycle reporting, IndiaLends adopted LeadSquared and its LeadSquared Automations.
LeadSquared implemented automated application distribution (based on loan type, location, agent availability/performance, application quality, etc.), API-driven Experian credit reports, call-center integration, webhooks to the IndiaLends CRM for disbursal, and comprehensive performance dashboards. As a result, LeadSquared helped cut human errors by 90%, reduced change turnaround from about a day to 15 minutes, sped up loan disbursals and delivered clearer reporting and operational efficiency.
