IMT‑CDL (Institute of Management Technology – Centre for Distance Learning, Ghaziabad) faced difficulty converting large volumes of student inquiries into admissions due to manual Excel-based lead capture, lead leakage, inconsistent communication templates, lack of student-intent tracking, and limited marketing analytics. To address these challenges, IMT‑CDL partnered with LeadSquared and implemented LeadSquared’s Enrollment Automation.
LeadSquared automated multi-channel lead capture, de-duplicated and auto-distributed inquiries, provided reusable communication templates, integrated telephony and third‑party sources, and delivered pipeline dashboards plus 150+ analytics reports. As a result, IMT‑CDL gained a 360° applicant view, eliminated lead leakage, reduced drop‑offs, improved student engagement and counselor response times, and achieved a higher inquiry-to-enrollment ratio while enabling data-driven marketing budget allocation.
