Facing high funnel drop-offs, heavy reliance on DSAs, and the need to coordinate underwriting and multiple funding partners, Qbera adopted LeadSquared’s platform — including automations, IVR integration, a mobile app, APIs and drip campaigns — to streamline application capture, verification and partner workflows.
LeadSquared implemented automated lead distribution (round‑robin), IVR confirmations, multi-step drip campaigns, a mobile app for field runners to upload documents, and API access for agency partners, tying everything into a central database and lender interfaces.
