Meesho, an Indian reseller marketplace empowering individual resellers across 5,000+ towns, faced slow, fragmented supplier onboarding that relied on manual Google Sheets, drives and verification processes. To scale supplier acquisition and keep suppliers committed, Meesho chose LeadSquared and its lead management/CRM platform to unify capture, distribution and tracking of supplier leads.
LeadSquared implemented automated lead capture and city-based auto-distribution, call-task automation, direct document upload and verification, and end-to-end onboarding tracking—replacing manual workflows. As a result, Meesho cut supplier data entry time from 8–10 minutes to about 1 minute, automated verifications, increased suppliers onboarded per day, and saw team productivity jump to 70% (up from ~5–10%), with significant time savings across the sales org.
