Cuemath, an after-school math learning program, needed a flexible CRM to manage rapidly growing lead volumes from teacher- and company-run events across multiple centers. They chose LeadSquared’s CRM to replace Google Sheets and provide a scalable way to capture, assign and track leads in real time.
Using LeadSquared, Cuemath automated lead capture, real-time assignment, status-driven tasks and follow-up reminders, and built dashboards for center-, course- and counsellor-level visibility. The result: turnaround time to act on new leads dropped from 36 hours to under 14 hours (a 61% reduction), follow-up breaches fell by 17%, enquiry-to-enrollment ratios improved, and Cuemath gained clearer insights into acquisition costs and center operations.
