DotPe, a Bangalore-based marketplace that helps SMBs create online storefronts using customizable templates, faced rapid growth pains: lead engagement was fragmented, follow-ups were missed, and sales activity was tracked manually in Excel. To scale their Inside Sales team and improve visibility, DotPe evaluated several CRMs and chose LeadSquared as their platform.
LeadSquared was deployed to auto-capture leads from campaigns and calls, automatically assign them, run email/WhatsApp drip campaigns and reminders, and provide dashboards for calls, talk time and deal tracking. As a result, DotPe saw a ~30X increase in leads (from ~500 to ~15,000/week), conversions double from ~4.6% to 8–10%, 20,000+ restaurants registered, and noticeable gains in sales productivity, customer engagement and reporting.
