CrackVerbal is a leading GMAT/GRE test-prep and admissions consulting company with a database of about 35,000 students. As they grew, they struggled with outdated processes—no proper reporting, lead management, tracking, source attribution or segmentation—so they moved from Infusionsoft to LeadSquared, adopting LeadSquared’s CRM and marketing automation platform to capture data and align sales, marketing and support.
LeadSquared implemented end-to-end lead capture, lead scoring, drip campaigns and activity histories, plus marketplace integrations (Facebook Lead Ads, Google AdWords sync, telephony and chat connectors) to automate follow-ups and improve visibility. As a result, CrackVerbal saw marked improvements in marketing efficiency, sales prioritization and support transparency, driving roughly a 20–30% increase in sales/admissions over six months.
