LeadSquared implemented unified lead capture (integrated with diallers like Ameyo and Knowlarity), automated round‑robin assignment, de-duplication via primary keys, customizable dashboards and robust reporting. As a result, Avagmah achieved zero lead leakage, a 20% quarter-on-quarter increase in sales conversion, a 96% reduction in first response time (from over 24 hours to 60–90 minutes) and a 20% boost in sales productivity.
