Microsoft, the customer, faced the challenge of communicating the features of its new Windows 10 operating system and generating highly qualified leads for migration in the French market. They needed to overcome market objections and meet ambitious migration targets. To address this, they worked with the vendor LeadSeed to utilize its Conversation as a Platform solutions.
LeadSeed implemented a two-part solution: a digital Self-Assessment tool and a telemarketing Discovery tool. This approach generated over 700 marketing-qualified leads during the campaign at a cost of €7.11 per lead. Beyond lead generation, LeadSeed's solution helped increase the Windows 10 migration rate in France and improved the operating system's overall market reputation.
