PowToon, founded in 2012, is a drag-and-drop platform for creating animated marketing videos and presentations used by over 7 million people, including clients like Cisco and Starbucks. With a small, distributed team of about 15, they struggled to create on‑brand, conversion-focused landing pages and webinar assets in-house and found outsourcing or default webinar templates insufficient.

PowToon adopted Leadpages to build and iterate registration, thank-you, resource and replay pages for webinar sequences, gaining design control, analytics, and fast deployment. The change drove consistent branding, 500–1,500 attendees per webinar, higher engagement and upsell conversions, and saved time for product work—making Leadpages a core part of their lead-nurture strategy.
