a major saas company offering EM, RF, RFIQ and RFID technologies was receiving good website traffic but very few qualified leads, with only 2-5 per month. Their main challenge was converting this traffic into leads and implementing a system to automatically qualify and sort them. They worked with the vendor Leadoo through their agency partner, The Write Impression, to address this.
Leadoo implemented VisualBots and InpageBots on high-traffic pages to engage visitors and act as a product selector. They also added conversation labeling and filtering to automatically route qualified leads to the correct regional teams. As a result, the company saw a 546% increase in conversions, leaping from 101 leads in the year prior to 653 leads the year after implementation, despite a slight drop in overall traffic.
