Irdeto, a market-leading provider of digital platform security, faced a rapid shift toward digital B2B buying and needed to realign marketing and sales for its Healthcare and Gaming sectors. To become more buyer-centric and scale digital interactions, Irdeto partnered with LeadFabric and used the Marketing Automation Platform Pardot to redesign its lead management and content strategy.
LeadFabric ran workshops to deliver three buyer personas and buyer journeys per sector, performed content audits and mapping, and then defined lead-funnel stages and implemented lead scoring, nurture programs, and reusable Pardot templates and master assets. Over a six-month engagement (with content gaps identified within weeks), LeadFabric’s work improved marketing–sales alignment, provided a documented, repeatable lead-management process, and gave Irdeto a scalable, evidence-based system for nurturing and qualifying leads.
