International Data Group (IDG), a leading global tech media company, needed to feed its new enterprise dashboarding product with data on corporate trends and interests. IDG required a solution to capture raw behavioral data from its audience across its numerous websites, identify the visiting companies, enrich that data with firmographic details, and process millions of events daily. They partnered with LeadBoxer to acquire this specific data for their product.

LeadBoxer implemented a comprehensive solution involving custom tracking scripts, email pixels, and an API integration with IDG's email service provider, Copernica. This setup captured web and email engagement, identified companies, and processed the data. A service worker then automatically uploaded the enriched data as a CSV file to IDG's FTP server. As a result, LeadBoxer provided IDG with a constant, stable, and scalable flow of high-quality data, enabling their sales dashboard product to deliver significant value to its enterprise customers with actual, up-to-date insights.
