Pierre Fabre, a 60-year-old health and beauty company, set out to become more data-driven by teaching teams from R&D to Finance and Sales to base decisions on facts rather than guesses. To meet this challenge, Pierre Fabre partnered with Le Wagon to deliver a tailored data training program for business teams that included Business Intelligence, Data & AI fundamentals, and a practical Hackathon.

Le Wagon designed a modular program with real-world projects and iterative feedback, training 166 participants and helping teams access and analyze data, predict trends, and improve cross-department collaboration. The initiative delivered measurable results — a 9.1/10 satisfaction rate in 2023 and the launch of 1 new product range — and was praised internally as “a training course that should be a must have in the company.”
