Societe Generale’s Global Technologies & Services (GTS) unit needed to accelerate deployment of apps and microservices, improve collaboration between infra and dev teams, and make better use of data to deliver stronger digital experiences. Le Wagon was engaged to address these challenges through a targeted training intervention focused on DevOps practices and Python skills.
Le Wagon co‑built and delivered a five‑day, hands‑on Python and DevOps training tailored to GTS’s stack—covering Test‑Driven Development, containerization and Infrastructure as Code—so engineers could apply practices immediately. The program trained 136 engineers, achieved a 93% satisfaction rate, 92% of skills applied daily and a 70 average NPS, helping Societe Generale speed up deployments and improve cross‑team collaboration.
