Help unemployed people return to work

Pôle Emploi partnered with Le Wagon for Business to help unemployed people return to work and address a widening digital talent gap. Pôle Emploi needed inclusive tech training tailored to priority communities—women, young people without a bachelor’s degree, residents of priority urban neighborhoods and rural revitalization zones—in Ile-de-France and Martinique.

Le Wagon delivered a customized, hands-on training package (80% practical work) with teacher-led refreshers, adapted course durations, three days of job-search support, demo days and three-week internships in SSE companies. Le Wagon’s program achieved 100% retention, produced 13 real-life projects and involved 13 companies in demo days, strengthening participants’ skills and employer connections.
