Piñon Coffee House, founded over 20 years ago and now the largest coffee roaster in New Mexico with a 13,000 sq ft warehouse, retail store, two cafes, a drive-thru and 50 employees, struggled to scale with traditional cash registers and earlier POS systems. When selected as the official coffee sponsor for the International Balloon Fiesta, the team found cash-only sales, slow order processing, and lack of real-time reporting severely limited revenue and inventory control.
