Harcourts International, a global real estate services company, faced the challenge of energizing employees and encouraging adoption of a major companywide rebrand launched in January 2016. To support this, Harcourts turned to Launchpad6 and its ContestPad competition hosting platform to create an engaging way to showcase the new brand across its international franchise network.

Launchpad6 delivered a fully branded, multi-category online photo and video competition that let employees submit entries from multiple devices and share them via social media and email. The campaign was easy to administer across five websites and countries, and it generated strong engagement, with 259 entries from 785 offices.
