This limited scalability and adaptability. To modernize, Whirlpool partnered with LaunchPad Lab to build a scalable web application that would automate workflows and improve tester accuracy.

LaunchPad Lab developed the Global Washability System (GWS) 2.0, a web-based application using AngularJS. The solution featured an administrator dashboard, a rack builder tool, and an intuitive technician console for streamlined test setup and reporting. This transformed Whirlpool's testing labs, resulting in enhanced functionality for admins, a much-improved interface for technicians, and increased team efficiency across global labs.
