Resilience-Supportive Schools Illinois deploys to 280 schools in 6 months with LaunchPad Lab

LaunchPad Lab partnered with Resilience-Supportive Schools Illinois (RSSI), an initiative of Lurie Children's Hospital, which faced a challenge with fragmented student mental health data across Illinois schools. Scattered surveys and reports made it difficult for educators to identify trends or benchmark progress, hindering proactive, data-driven support for student well-being.

The solution built by LaunchPad Lab was a centralized digital platform featuring a Heroku-powered data dashboard for real-time analytics and a WordPress-based LearnDash LMS for professional development. This integrated system provided a guided user experience to help schools interpret data and access resources. As a result, the platform was successfully piloted in 280 schools, increasing administrator engagement and improving access to mental health training, with plans for a broader rollout in 2025.
