LaunchPad Lab designed and built two distinct portals: a Retirement Services Platform and an Asset Custody Platform. The solution automated manual tasks, improved transparency, and reduced reliance on phone and email. Measurable results included the creation of dozens of plan agreements and hundreds of account rollovers shortly after launch, with a goal to migrate 25% of third-party administrators to the new platform within a quarter.
