Proenza Schouler, the New York–based fashion brand, faced fragmented sample logistics and limited PR measurement—relying on spreadsheets with no real-time tracking or unified way to prove campaign ROI or identify top brand advocates. To solve this, Proenza Schouler implemented Launchmetrics’ Brand Performance Cloud, using Samples for digital sample management and Discover for PR monitoring and campaign analytics.
Using Launchmetrics’ integrated platform, the team centralized sample inventory, enabled real-time tracking and sped up send-outs, and linked sample send-outs to media value via Discover to measure ROI by sample. The results included reduced sample loss and higher operational efficiency, an average of 3.9 deliveries per sample during SS22, and $5.8M MIV generated for SS22 (with $1.1M attributed to Gigi Hadid), allowing the brand to make data-driven seasonal and executive-level decisions.
