A Launchmetrics Case Study
Abercrombie & Fitch Co., a global omnichannel apparel retailer, faced inefficient, manual sample workflows with no central database, complex distribution across departments, overproduction and difficulty tracking thousands of pieces. To address this, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. turned to Launchmetrics and its Brand Performance Cloud—specifically the Samples and Galleries modules—to standardize processes and centralize sample information.
Launchmetrics implemented a physical Sample Library and the Samples app to log, track and route roughly 350–400 daily samples (with ~70,000 in storage), and used Galleries to digitize over 30K vintage sample images. As a result, Launchmetrics helped the company double search speed, cut time spent creating send-outs by 3x, speed up returns processing by 87%, reduce lost/misplaced items and improve forecasting and cost efficiency.
