Polaris Industries' sought more control with new Latitude LearningCenter

Polaris Industries, a global leader in off‑road and powersports vehicles, needed a more scalable, controlled way to train its expanding network of dealers. Traditional offsite sessions were costly and hard to cascade to staff who didn’t attend, so Laurie Rengel, Manager of Service Dealer Development, selected Latitude’s LatitudeCONNECT Suite to better manage partner training and deepen penetration into dealerships.

LatitudeCONNECT delivered an extended‑enterprise LMS built for dealer networks, launched to Polaris dealers on October 26, 2015 with full support from Latitude. The platform gave Polaris greater flexibility and control, enabled richer training content and onboarding curricula for new and current dealers, and improved communications, measurement and incentive capabilities—allowing Polaris to more effectively reach and train its dealer workforce.
