Polaris Delivers Brand-specific Training to Thousands of Locations Around the Globe

Polaris, a global powersports manufacturer founded in 1955 with more than 30 brands and 2019 sales of $6.8B, operates 21 manufacturing sites, five R&D centers and about 3,600 dealers worldwide. Delivering consistent, brand-specific training across employees, dealers, suppliers and Polaris Adventures Outfitters—across multiple brands, countries and roles—was a major challenge for the company’s lean training team.

LatitudeLearning provided a centralized LMS hub across six audience-specific portals, using position-based reporting for dealer networks (≈1,700 dealers in the US/Canada and ≈2,100 internationally) and person-to-person reporting for enterprise employees. The solution supported compliance, technical, sales and supplier training at global scale, produced more than 345,000 course completions in the last 12 months, minimized administrative overhead and gave Polaris a scalable, adaptable training platform.
